Join us for the 9th Annual Bike with the Mayor! The ride is in celebration of Florida Bike Month. Arrive at the Family Recreation Complex, 6610 Whiteway Dr., at 7:30am for coffee, conversation, safety information and more. The ride starts at 8am. The first 100 adult bicyclists will get a commemorative t-shirt! The 3.9 mile ride with the mayor, other elected officials and City staff will take participants along the river, past historic homes, Florida College, and back to the Rec Complex where we started. Bring your own bike. Helmets are recommended. Thanks to CUTR, FDOT and Target Zero for their sponsorship of this event.

Bicycle enthusiasts are invited to take to the streets of Temple Terrace on Friday, March 17 along with Mayor Andy Ross and other elected officials and City staff when the City of Temple Terrace hosts its annual Bike with the Mayor. This free event is open to all. Activities begin at 7:30am at the Family Recreation Complex, 6610 Whiteway Drive. At 8am, Mayor Ross will lead riders on a leisurely 3.9-mile ride along the beautiful, tree-lined streets of Temple Terrace. There will be light refreshments and give-aways including bicycle lights, T-shirts, safety information and more for riders (while supplies last). Bike with the Mayor is held in celebration of Florida Bike Month. The City of Temple Terrace is proud to co-sponsor this event with Bike/Walk Tampa Bay (funded by FDOT) and the Center for Urban Transportation Research at USF.
