Watch the artists create their whimsical chalk designs and then shop the Market for a variety of plants, garden items, jewelry and crafts, all tucked under a canopy of old oaks. Plus food trucks and a delicious bake sale! City residents can take home a free 15 gallon tree with proof of residency (while supplies last).
