Seeking participants for City's Veterans' Float

Temple Terrace is seeking local veterans who would like to participate in our Independence Celebration parade on the City float. The parade begins at 10am on July 3. Interested veterans should email lhayes@templeterrace.com or call 813.506.6406.

As the 4th of July weekend approaches, we would like to honor local veterans who have served to safeguard our nation's independence. Resident veterans are invited to participate in the City's parade by riding on a special float or floats decorated by City staff. The parade begins at 10am on SATURDAY, JULY 3. Any local veteran who is interested in being part of the parade should contact Marketing & Communications Officer Laurie Hayes by email at lhayes@templeterrace.com or by phone at 813.506.6406. (Please note that we will keep participants as comfortable as possible, however they will be exposed to sun and heat.) Please share with any veterans who might be interested.
