SOLID WASTE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
There will be no
residential garbage, recycling, or yard waste pickup on the following city-observed holidays.* Unless otherwise noticed, your refuse will be collected on your next regularly scheduled pickup day.
- New Year's Day
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Spring Holiday (the Friday before Easter)
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The day following Thanksgiving
- Christmas**
Please Note: Commercial service will not be affected.
* Note that in the event the official holiday falls on a Saturday, the observed day will be on Friday. If the official holiday falls on a Sunday, the observed day will be on Monday.
** Christmas Eve may also be added in some years.
